Nyla

Hi, I’m Nyla! I was born on September 24, 2023, and now I’m 2 years old! When I was just a tiny 3-month-old pup, life was really hard. I lived in a bad place where nobody took care of me, and I had to sit in my own mess all day for months at a time. One day, a door opened—and my mom reached out and scooped me up. At first, she said she wasn’t going to keep me... but then she gave me a name and, well, I guess she got a little attached. (Lucky me!)

Now I live with my two big brothers, Koda and Trevor. I like to try and steal their food and toys, but don’t worry—they’re very good at setting boundaries. These days, life is amazing. I have my mom and dad, yummy food, treats, and so many walks. I even have my very own room at home—and my very own bed in Mom’s office, so I can nap while keeping an eye on things. I haven’t had a bad day since I came home.

Oh! And apparently, I’m the “Office Manager.” I’m not totally sure what that means, but I think it has something to do with greeting clients, zooming to the lobby for treats, and checking in on sick patients to make sure they’re okay. It’s a big job, but someone’s gotta do it! If you see me around, feel free to give me a scritch behind my ear and liver treats, those are my favorite!
