The Veterinary Information Network (VIN) is a website that has an online library with a wide range of articles about veterinary health care. VIN makes it easy to find articles from leading veterinary experts about general pet health and wellness, behaviour issues, nutrition, prescription medications, and much more.

To find an article, simply enter a word or topic in the search box that describes the subject that you would like to learn about. For example, you can enter a search term such as “diabetes” or “dog aggression” for more information about that topic. Tick Prevention Recommended Tick prevention remains a priority for our pets this spring: As the temperatures rise above 4 degrees, ticks become active and quest for food.  Toronto Parks, woodland trails, grassy regions, and leaf piles all have the potential to contain ticks just waiting to hitch a ride on pets and humans.  As we are already seeing pets with ticks this spring, our veterinarians feel that it is important to maintain vigilance by using tick protection on our pets.

With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, we are pleased to advise that effective May 19, 2020 the restrictions on veterinary practices have been lifted. Based on these changes, below are some important updates to our operating policies.

1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!

2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

3. ONLINE CONSULTATIONS ARE AVAILABLE

If you wish to connect with a veterinarian via message, phone or video, visit our website and follow the "Online Consultation" link.

4. OPERATING HOURS

We are still OPEN with the following hours:
MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY: 9 A.M. - 6 P.M.
WEDNESDAY: 9 A.M. - 7 P.M.
SATURDAY: 9 A.M. - 1 P.M.
